Refund policy
At Ideafootwear, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If there is any issue with your order, we will do our best to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Within 6 hours: You may request to change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
- After 6 hours: Once your order has entered processing or fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
- How to request: Please email support@ideafootwear.com with your order number and the details of your request.
Returns
- Return period: We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
- Return conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized items, gift cards.
- If an item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will review the issue.
- How to start a return: Please contact support@ideafootwear.com. If your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions.
Return Shipping Fees
We will cover the return shipping cost if:
- The item is defective
- The item was damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
If you want to return an item for personal reasons, such as changing your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges in the following cases:
- The item is defective
- The item was damaged
- The item you received is not as described
- Size or color exchange requests for eligible non-personalized items
Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process and ship the replacement within 1–3 business days.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
- Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- All refunds will be sent to the original payment method used at checkout.
