At Ideafootwear, we want your shopping experience to be simple, clear, and reliable. From the time you place your order to the moment it arrives, we handle each package with care.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping fee: $4.95
Free Shipping on all orders over $99.
Estimated Delivery Time
The total delivery time includes both order preparation time and shipping time.
- Order Preparation Time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Shipping Time: 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 12–17 business days
Please note that orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) will usually begin processing on the next business day.
During holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–2 business days.
- You can use the tracking number to follow your package on our website or on the carrier’s official tracking page.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Order Changes
- We begin processing orders quickly, so if you need to update your shipping address or change product details, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
- If your request is approved, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.
- To request a change, please email support@ideafootwear.com and include your order number.
Support & Delivery Issues
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Missing items: Please email support@ideafootwear.com within 48 hours of delivery if anything is missing from your package.
- Tracking issues: If your tracking link is still not working after 3 business days, please contact us for assistance.
- Delayed delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 2 business days so we can check with the carrier.
